The Sax Shack may conduct generalised sales marketing via Social media but does not hold or use and personalised data for this purpose.

The Sax Shack does not collect any Sensitive Data about you. Sensitive data refers to data that includes the following.

We do not collect any information about criminal convictions and offences.
We may be required to collect personal data by law or under the terms of the contract between us. If you do not provide us with that data required, when requested, we may not be able to perform the contract (e.g. delivering goods or services to you). If you do not provide us with the requested data, your order/service request may be cancelled. If this is necessary, we will notify you at the time.

BThe contact form on this website does not store the information submitted, however, this is forwarded to our email accounts.
- ii) Customer Data
If you use a card to make purchases from The Sax Shack in person, such as at events or in the Shop, your card details will be stored by the third-party payment processor. If you request a receipt and provide either your email or mobile phone number, this too will be stored by them, not by The Sax Shack.
iii) User Data
This data is produced via your interaction with this website such as publishing a comment or review.

Your personal data will not be shared with any third party for their own marketing purposes without your express consent.

We may have to share your personal data with the parties set out below:

- Government bodies that require us to report processing activities e.g. HM Revenue & Customs
