Selling on behalf of current owner who bought this sax over 33 years ago.
A great opportunity to take ownership of this Mark VI tenor.
This 5 digit serial numbered sax was built in 1960 and has had 3 owners since new and in virtually mint condition.
It was fully re-padded by Paul Ryan in Dublin approximately 2 years ago and is in great playing shape.
Gold lacquered body with silver plated keywork and rods.
Pads, springs, corks and felts all in tip top condition.
The lacquer is original and in 99% condition with crisp clear engraving.
This Mark VI works really well and has all the qualities that has made this sax legendary.
Viewing recommended, to appreciate how good this sax is, but please arrange in advance as this instrument is stored off-site.
Includes: Original case in excellent condition. No mouthpiece but we have a good selection of new and used mouthpieces in the shop for separate purchase.
