Yanagisawa 990 Tenor Saxophone circa 1992 – Selling on behalf of it’s current owner.
Nice example of this fast becoming classic horn. In overall excellent playing condition. The lacquer is of high quality and overall generally very good but it does have some markings in line with it’s age (See images but in summary, light scratching down the left hand side of the bell and some minor scratching near the neckstrap loop and the lower part where the sax touches the body.
Nice engraving and Yanagisawa logo embossed on bell. Plays very nicely with a lovely broad tone.
Neck is in good condition with underslung octave mechanism.
Includes: Yamaha tenor case in excellent condition with outer zipped storage compartment and plenty of room inside for accessories.
